IMPROVEMENT PROGRAMME) – Reply to your Written Direction on our Application for Certificate of
Statutory Clearance (CSC)
We are pleased to enclose herewith the following correspondence for the items listed in your written direction:
1. Declaration Form BCA-CSC-TOPCSCDQP is not in order in regard to Standard Requirement
item (1).
Please refer to updated file BCA-CSC-TOPCSCDQP.XFD
2. Submitted form BPD_CSC03 (Certificate of Supervision of Lightning Protection System) is obsolete.
(Please refer to our circular APPBCA-2018-09 dated 31 Oct 2018 and submit the latest Version of
CSC03 and BPD_Test Form [Ver1.0_2019] together with the as-built lightning protection plans.

3. Form BCA-BE-CTASST (Submission of as-built structural plans/calculations) and BCA-BE-
QPCTSSW (Certificates of supervision of structural works) is not in order / not submitted.

4. Submit a list of the various types of safety barriers installed on–site and their structural
approvals (Please refer to our circular BCA BC 15.0.3 dated 4 Aug 2011).

5. Qualified Person to confirm that the materials used on the exterior of buildings meet the performance
standard of the acceptable solutions in Clause P.2.1 “Daylight Reflectance”.
We confirm that the daylight reflectance value of the external materials used on the New Consumer
Switch rooms and Police equipment rooms meets the performance standard of the acceptable solutions
in Clause P.2.1 “Daylight Reflectance”. It is composed of a treated and painted poured concrete slab.
Hence, we tabulated below the external material used with its corresponding daylight reflectance value.

Please note that all conditions stated in the approved waivers under this project are complied with. We also
confirm that there are no ACMV and Lift works involved in this project.
