Giving Thanks Despite the Pandemic

Psalm 118:1, Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; his love endures forever.

1 Thessalonians 5:16-18, Rejoice always, 17 pray continually, 18 give thanks in all

circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.

James 1:2-4, Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many
kinds, 3 because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. 4 Let
perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.

a. Giving thanks to God for the blessings we received

b. Giving thanks for the strength that we had in dealing with the trials that we encountered
during the pandemic
c. Giving thanks for the gift of life itself, that we have been preserved from experiencing the
effects of Covid-19 or even death from the corona virus.
d. Giving thanks that vaccine is now being rolled out.
e. Giving thanks that most people abided by the restrictions and protocol.
f. Giving thanks that economy is slowly bouncing back.
