What is a robot?
 According to the Robot Institute of America (1979), a robot is a reprogrammable,
multifunctional manipulator designed to move material, parts, tools, or specialized
devices through various programmed motions for the performance of a variety of
tasks. Robots are really helpful since it can make our daily tasks a lot easier.
What are the applications of robots?
 In the early times, robots were used for imagination and entertainment (books and
plays). At present, robots like robotic pets, lawn mowers, and vacuum cleaners are
sold on the market for everyday use. Robots that are currently under development
may become widely used in various industries. Robots are also being used in
astronomy.
What are the laws of Robotics?
Asimov's Three Laws are as follows:
 A robot may not injure a human being or, through inaction, allow a human being to
come to harm.
 A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders
would conflict with the First Law.
 A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict
with the First or Second Law.
