The link for eNACH mandate is sent to the Customer, after receiving the link ask the Customer

to click on the link.

The link will open to a otp page where in the 6-digit otp will received by the customer via text

After clicking on the link the DIGIO page will open where the Customer has to choose the
preferred option of debit card or internet banking and click on the declaration checkbox and click
on submit
After clicking on submit, this will get redirected to NPCI redirection page
The redirection page will again redirect to the High security password page, where in the
Customer will receive a 8-digit OTP to enter in the page.

After entering the high security OTP, and clicking on confirm this will be redirected to debit card
details page.
If the Customer has more than one debit card, the page will be directed to debit card chosing
stage,

After entering the debit card details and clicking on the submit button, the page will be redirect
to Mandate authorization page, Please ask the Customer not to close the window, if the page is
not getting redirected to the next page, click on the click ​here ​return back to eMandate site.
Then the Customer will be redirected to the mandate approval automation page, please ask the
Customer to wait for 5-7 seconds on the page.

After that, the customer will be redirected to the authentication success page, and it is the
process end.
