The psychological perspective I agree with is the behavioral perspective.

It suggests that individual

actions are always motivated by some motivation or incentive. It relates that an individual will
participate in an activity because of some incentive or motivation that can strengthen or weaken his
actions.

I agree with the behavioral perspective because it reflects the true nature of human beings. Humans
always strive to maximize their benefit; they do work for some value. The value can be in food, currency,
or appreciation as classical conditioning reflects the stimuli that motivate a certain behavior. Ivan Pavlov
perfectly depicted that humans or animals can learn a particular behavior if provided with a stimulus.
Moreover, it also explains operant conditioning, suggesting that the person’s motives can explain a
person’s behavior. Therefore behavior is the result of reinforcement, both positive and negative, or
punishment. If a behavior is rewarded or positively reinforced and fulfills the motivation of a perform to
behave in a certain way, it will lead towards desired behaviors and vice versa.
