Salerno, Italy, Sept. 1943
Elements of the 29th Panzergrenadiers have planned a coun-
terattack against advancing 5th Army units as part of German
rearguard operations. both forces have the same tactical
objective: to control the road access into and out of the village.

Map Configuration

Victory Conditions
A player wins by controlling both objectives by the end of Turn 3. If
neither player does this, play continues until one player is eliminated
or one player controls both objectives. If neither player has clear con-
trol of the objectives by the end of Turn 6, the winner is determined by
the point value of units destroyed by each player.
