Research Methodology

The research work is completed in adherence to the doctrinal method and relies on secondary
sources. It is descriptive in nature and follows an analytical approach i.e. use analysis of facts
to reach a conclusion based on logical/deductive reasoning. Books and online legal databases
have played a pivotal role in the research.
