We are a young organization that has proved a lot in a short period. We are redefining how
insurance is perceived in India. We have launched multiple insurance products and wish to establish
the gold standard of how Insurance companies work.
We are looking for people who would help us achieve that vision.
Position Summary:
The Digit Management Trainee Program aims to build and nurture leadership talent for positions
across divisions through the organization’s accelerated learning program.
We have the following expectations from our trainees across any department:
• Learn all operations, management viewpoints, company policies and practices that affect
each phase of business and collaborate with other teams to meet the company objectives.
• Learn from live cases and business development opportunities.
• Set performance goals and objectives with upper management.

Job Opportunities:
We are looking to hire in the following departments:

• Strategic Partnership (Corporate and Broking and Institutional): The function is sales driven
and focuses on building and managing relationships with our brokers and institutional
partners respectively. You will be responsible for driving business initiatives and will
contribute to advancing development opportunities.

• Strategy and Business Planning and Actuarial: You can be working with either of these
teams on developing strong understanding of fundamental of insurance and data sources,
data captured, data extraction to handle large volumes of data from multiple sources. You
will develop practical skills in actuarial pricing/reserving/capital and will help determine the
right strategy. You will be working on identifying claims outliers and will contribute to
manpower planning. The work will also include working on internal process improvements
and budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing deviations to correct our future models.

• Human Resources: We are looking into everything starting from recruitment, employee
engagement, performance management, onboarding, learning and development and other
related functions. As a part of the team, you will gain exposure to any or a few of the above.
