Task 1

As a part of your extra curricular activities, your principal wants you to organize a fitness
programme for the students in the upper school.
He asks you to write a letter and explain clearly how you plan to organize the event.

Write a letter. You must include the following.

● When and where the programme will be conducted.
● What type of activities would be included in the programme and how the students
would be grouped.
● How you would like your teachers to be involved and how would this fitness
programme be useful to the students.
You must cover all THREE points given above in detail and you may add relevant details if
you wish. Your letter must be informative and persuasive.
