Educational Perspectives verifies all documents from Haiti with the issuing institution. Applicants who
submit documents from Haiti should expect significant delays while the verification process is being
completed.

Please submit all documents which apply to your educational history:

Photocopies of official educational credentials issued in the official language of the country (French).

Documents that are not issued in English must be accompanied by an official or certified English translation. If
you need assistance in obtaining an English translation of your documents please contact us at:

Secondary:

• Certificat (Certificate) confirming completion of the Examens de Fin d'Études Secondaires Classiques
(Première Partie) [Examinations of Completion of Classical Secondary Studies (First Part)]; Certificat
(Certificate) confirming completion of the Examens de Fin d'Études Secondaires Classiques (Deuxième
Partie) [Examinations of Completion of Classical Secondary Studies (Second Part)]

Postsecondary/University:

• Copies of the official Certificat (Certificate) or Diplôme (Diploma) for each postsecondary program
completed

• Official Relevés des notes (Grade Report)/Resultats d’examen (Examination Results Certificate) for each
examination session for all postsecondary or university studies completed.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

If you are requesting a Catalog Match or Subject Analysis evaluation only: a syllabus or other type of course
descriptions for all academic subjects studied beyond secondary school is needed. Catalog Match and
Subject Analysis reports cannot be prepared without this information.
