The rates and eligibility crteria prescribed under this policy shall continue to be applicable on such preferential allotments also and the allotment procedure shall be ‘completed alongwith general category plotslunits. In ‘case less allotments are made for such preferential ‘category units, the extra availabilty, if any, shall be mergedwith general category allotments, ‘The Applicant(s\/intending Allotee(s) acknowledges that if the present application is accepted then the allotment of plots shall be done through frst come fist ‘serve basis or draw of lots in case of aver-booking by clectronic! manual process by due intimation, if required. ‘The lst of successful allotiees shal be published in the newspaper. I the ‘Company is not ina positon to refund the application fee within the aforesaid period, the Company shall refundthe said amount with simple interest atthe rate of 40% per annum or as per the RERA guidelines calculated forthe period beyond 180 days from the dale ‘of second (2nd) draw of los in complete discharge ofits obligation, In case of surrender of plot by any successful applicant before allotment, an amount ‘equivalent to application fee will be deducted by the ‘Company. Such a plot may be considered by the Company for offer to those Applicant(si/Intending Allttee(s) falingin the waiting list. The waiting list, may be offered alternative plots/unitsifloors in the colony(ies) on priority being developed by the ‘Company inthe same arealvicintylo any other projact of the Company as per choice of the Appicant(s)/ Intending Allottee(s).
