my weaknessess:
I told my employer that I do not lose my cool under stress. It was not appreciated
in my previous job where deadlines had to be met. My stress-free attitude annoyed
my colleagues, even though I got the job done, I always showed up with coffee and
snacks during hourly deadlines. So I had to warn her, that I dislike causing chaos
because of deadlines, that's something important to share about me: That it doesn't
mean I don't care. It just means I've already calculated the solution. (I don't
know if it's a weakness and I know it's a personality trait that can't easily be
fixed.... but I really dislike it when someone loses their cool in a stressful
situation. How is freaking out going to help you solve the problem? )
