1. What is the purpose of your study and its relevance?

The purpose of our study is to know the factors that can affect the e-learning of the college students. And it’s
relevance that the factors can be a great help to the Students, teachers, parents, the institution or future
researchers which they are the ones who will benefit from this study. The goal of this research is to identify how
the factors of e-learning can contribute in one’s e-learning experience.

Nowadays, where students and teachers are being forced to adjust to a new learning system, this research
will be extremely useful in determining what works best for everyone. With these considerations in mind,
institution managers will have a better notion of how to make things simpler for both sides and for the best
interests of both sides.

2. How does your conceptual and theoretical support your study?

In order for the conceptual and theoretical framework to support our study, we used the Ozkan and Koseler's
(HELAM) Hexagonal E-Learning Assessment Model. This model demonstrated various factors that can have an
impact on the students' e-learning process. The HELAM model suggests a multi-dimensional approach for LMS
evaluation via six dimensions: (1) system quality, (2) service quality, (3) content quality, (4) learner perspective,
(5) instructor attitudes, and (6) supportive issues which are then divided into two entities: the E- Learning
System as Social Entity and E- Learning System as Technical Entity.

This dimensional approach aims to make the data more clear and the information more well-presented.

** it supports our study bcoz the framework has the factors that we included in the study the factors were alr
used from prev studies which makes the research paper have

3. Explain your research paradigm.

The conceptual paradigm is based on the researched theoretical framework model. The researcher had
created a paradigm that included two boxes indicating the Independent Variable and the Dependent Variable.
The factors or dependent variables in the paradigm were developed by the researchers based on the satisfaction
theory mentioned earlier. The first box deals with e-learning, which is then influenced by the factors listed in the
second and third boxes. The second box focuses on the demographic profile of the respondents in terms of age,
gender, year level, and course/department. The third box depicts the factors that can have an impact on e-
learning in terms of technology access, technological skills, and student attitudes toward e-learning. This study's
analysis, as shown in the fourth box, proposed a recommendation for both instructors and students to have an
effective e-learning process.
