Introduction:

My name is Muhammad Zubair Hussain and is am writing this Report to you to put a
request at your office for a canteen. I am canteen owner at Govt College of Technology,Sargodha.

Report:

As you that canteen is a point of refreshment for employers, workers, etc. Today

morning, I read a advertisement of your factory and I was able to know that you need a new

contractor for the canteen premises of your factory. I would like to get a that contract from

your factory because I have a keen experience in canteen business. This will give you

employers and workers a nice local place for refreshment and get together to have a tea or

coffee.

It gives them the chance to get out of their homes and have somewhere to go. This

would be a good addition to the fectory it will give people to chance to talk freely and have

lunch and dinner.

Conclusion:

Canteen is a important platform for any department which provide refreshment

and home like environment to the workers.

I hope that you can grant me permission to do this as it would mean a lot to this

small community.
