Subject: Defects of circumstances prevailing in the office

of the company.
Introduction:
I am the general secretary oil and petroleum company Islamabad and I
have compiled a report against the circumstances prevailing in the office of the
company. I hope this report brings the significant improvement in the office and the
company will shed light on the issues.

Report:
It has no doubt that the past of our company which was very well but due to
present stances taken by the company it is looking that our company’s future will be in
darkness. It is found that the newly selected director of our office is not performing his
duty well. He gave a fewer time to his work than extra activities. He has a very poor
cooperation with his with his staff fellows and even not taken any stance for the office
since his joining. Another big issue is of labors as they get advantage of director’s poor
work. They just came to the office for chit-chat enjoying and leave whenever they want.
Due to poor attention of the seniors, we are losing the status of the company every day.
The building is just given a scene of a smoking area with no administration where every
employ taken part. Due to this poor work, we didn’t make any deal from 5 weeks.

Conclusion:
Our office workers and seniors break the peaceful environment of the
office which was one of the best. It’s the best time to take action on it, later we will just
only repent.
Suggestions:
1) Take available stances which you can.
2) Takes actions against the director, so that he will perform his duty in
rightful manner.
3) Made a proper system of attendance of workers from arrival to exit.
4) Take proper steps for cleaning the office regularly.
5) Also take steps against smoking and drug addiction.

I hope you will understand the report and take actions against them so that we
will able to manage the future of our company.
