What assistance do you expect/need from your colleague? Superordinate? Other stake holder?

I would expect a give and take assistance. I have high expectation that everyone will do
their part in helping one another. The event brought by this pandemic made me realized what
assistance/need I expect from my colleague, superordinate and stake holders. My thoughts to
these are,
As a teacher, my expectations are the same with my colleagues. We are helpless in own
mind and weak in our strength. But we can be better if we are fully supported by our fellow
teachers, superordinate and stake holders. I expect not to expect alone. Let my expectations be
realized because I have needs that I can solely gain from others. Nonetheless, I am also willing
to extend my hand to those who needs me.
To my superordinate, your support is constant. Let it be greater than what we have
received from the past. Help us not to worry when you visit us, instead lit our morale. Let your
presence be our inspiration, let it be our motivation to ignite our intertest in serving our students.
To our stake holders, may you never ceased to support our institution. Let our linkages
be stronger than before, for we are grateful and blessed because of your initiative beyond our
capacity that help us in so many ways than we can’t imagine. Though we may not give in return
but may the blessing you’ve shared to our institution be back unto you in three folds through our
Almighty God who will shower you with His blessings.
