Consumers Behaviour at Pump Stations

After discussed with 5 consumer I came conclusion that :-

 Mostly are saying about the oil quality. (I asked the question, While
going for a refill, which would you prefer? They answered the more
mileage claimed by the oil quality.)
 Price (Where the price is less.)
 Brand Image (The consumer always prefer Reliance. Because he like the
look of pump and structure of design.)
 Additional features apart from pumping station which includes air filling
& checking and also windshield cleaning.
 Card or Digitally Payments (Some of consumers prefer pump stations
which provides the facility of card or digitally payments.)
