health and overall well-being. Exercise allows people to live a
physically active lifestyle.

2. It is important to maintain health-related fitness because it will not


only make us healthy but will also improve the quality of life.

3. Exercising daily and proper healthy diet can help prevent people
from getting sick. Human bodies are complex and fragile, and so if we
take good care of our bodies we will be living a quality life free from all
the dangers and threats of chronic diseases.
