Leadership and management have different roles.

Being the manager means having the


power to command the constituents considering that it is in charge in a group.
Leadership is also managing the group but it is only dividing the tasks to be done also
guiding the members.

As a leader and manager it is necessary to have broad understanding especially in a


group every member have different personalities, ability as well as opinion. Also being
able to persuade and interact with members since there are also members who can’t be
passed by suddenly, those who still need to be tender and begged to obey. According
to the book of Leadership:All you need to know written by David Pendleton and Adrian
Furnham, to accomplish the goals of the company it is effective to recognize,
understand and managing relations between group members. Each member of the
group needs to be identified and seasoned to guide them properly. It is not mutually
exclusive to one person for the reason that it can be seen in another person.

The feedback is a huge help especially in improving a work for the reason that the
employee will know better what to change and improve in what they are doing. When
there is no feedback, the viewer’s insights will not be known, nor will it be known
whether what is being done is right or wrong. As per Bill Gates, we all need people who
will give us feedback. That’s how we improve. The feedback continues to help to
provide improvement in a job. This is the way for a task to be smooth and perfect.
