CDP CLIMATE CHANGE DISCLOSURE 2021

For companies responding to a request from one or more of their customers

Welcome to CDP Climate Change disclosure in 2021. This resource is intended to assist suppliers that are
new to CDP disclosure, or are just getting started in sustainability reporting.

The below list of target questions and guidance materials should serve as a useful starting point for suppliers
responding to a disclosure request from customers. Most requesting customers will engage with their suppliers
directly to communicate their expectations or provide further guidance.

For questions not addressed in this document or the CDP FAQ page, please email respond@CDP.net for
assistance. The final deadline to submit your CDP questionnaires will be July 28th, 2021.
