Purpose of this Folder Structure is to store the approved L5 documentation.

It is not meant to hold documents that are work-in-progress.

What will be stored

Approved (SignOff) documents from the L5 blueprint work (Bizagi flows, Step
Description, Mapping, Minimum Data,.....)
Supporting documents such as the presentation of the sign off meeting
Meetings and/or emails where the approval is documented
The files should be marked/ base lined as version 1.0

When should documents placed here

when ever an artefact is approved you can create a baseline version and copy
it here
