thickness and normal left ventricular function (EF = xx%, Global Longitudinal Peak
systolic strain (GLPSS) = -xx.x%), no regional wall motion abnormalities, normal
diastolic function.

Normal size of the left atrium (xx ml/xx ml/m 2), normal size of the right atrium.

Normal size and morphology of the right ventricle, normal right ventricular function,
no abnormalities of the interventricular septum.

Normal size of all visible segments of the ascending aorta, normal size of the
pulmonary artery, normal pulmonary valve (physiologic pulmonary regurgitation).

Normal morphology and function of the aortic valve; Normal morphology and function
of the mitral valve.

Normal morphology of the tricuspid valve, physiologic / trace tricuspid regurgitation,


normal systolic pulmonary pressure (sPAP = xx mmHg, TR velocity x.x/s)

Normal size and respiratory collapse of the inferior vena cava.

No pericardial or pleural effusion

Conclusion:

Normal echocardiogram (no evidence for acute or chronic myocarditis). No


change to the previous findings (xx.xx.xxxx)
