SUBJECT: Restaurant Proposal

As you are aware, I am in the process of completing The Restaurant Entrepreneur simulation. In
order to continue with this simulation, I am required to first establish the name and location of
my restaurant. Please review this proposed restaurant provided below and indicate if I have
your approval to use the proposed idea by completing the bottom portion of this memo and
returning it to me.

Proposed Restaurant:
The name of my coffee shop is CoffeeComb. The theme of my restaurant is bees or beehives.
The color scheme I like is white, yellow, and dark brown with maybe a little bit of black. The
“Everything But the Bee” Cinnamon roll. It is a cinnamon roll with honey flavored glaze and
stripes of black and yellow frosting. The restaurant would be here at the Highschool.

Restaurant Reasoning:
The reason I chose a bee themed coffee shop was because my mom and I love going to coffee
shops together. I always have a lot of fun with her when we go and try a new coffee shop or
return to one we have already been at.
