LETTER OF UNDERTAKING

Dear Sir:

I, _______________________________, hereby undertake the following:

1) That I agree that Review Innovations’ review materials and hand-outs in whatever
form, be it in paper or electronic in nature, are exclusively for the use of current Review
Innovations reviewees and that Review Innovations online videos and other materials
are strictly for the exclusive use and viewing of Review Innovations online reviewees
only,

2) That I will never make any recording of the live lectures or their replays, nor
disseminate or share to any person or entity any material (including screen shots,
pictures, handouts, exams, solutions) provided by Review Innovations,

3) That I fully understand that any violation, on my part, of this undertaking shall be
subject to civil, criminal, and administrative sanctions and penalties and will be a
sufficient ground for the termination of my rights and privileges as a Review
Innovations student,

4) Cognizant of the importance of taking practice tests in my exam preparation, I further

undertake to submit, on the prescribed time, my answers to the set of problems that
will be provided by Review Innovations for each session of the Refresher Course and
that my failure to submit my answers without just cause for a total of ten (cumulative)
sets could mean suspension or termination of my access to MSTeams,

5) That my acceptance to Review Innovations and continued stay in the institution is

conditioned on my faithful adherence to the foregoing terms and the rules and policies
that may be issued by Review Innovations.
