The site selection process involves the selection of sites, from a list of candidate sites, to activate
or to deactivate, with the objective of optimizing the quality of the network while limiting the

candidates. The list of potential site candidates is drawn from point files added to the
optimization settings. These point files contain points, each of which is assigned a priority
represented by a value from 1 to 10, where 10takes precedence over all other priorities -the higher
