1) E-106 Progress Status

1) Shell With tubesheet ready with assembly – Refer Attached
Remark : Some under cut noticed near tubesheet to be Photograph
rectify and offer before hydro
2) Equipment dimensionally checked – Some deviation
found (N2 Nozzle should be 125 mm away from RHS
Tubesheet – Actual measured 115 mm ) Approval to be
taken
3) Bonnet shell not ready yet As per vendor it will be ready
by tomorrow (i.e 09/10/2021)
4) Moly test carried out at various area found ok Refer Attached

1) Shell is ready With tubesheet bundle ready
Baffle spacing measured and found OK
Moly test carried out at various area found ok
Remark : Some under cut noticed near on nozzle area to
be rectify and offer before hydro & proceeding further

found (N2 Nozzle should be 125 mm away from RHS
Tubesheet – Actual measured 115 mm ) Approval to be

1) Client to be confirm whether arc welding or filler wire to
be used for saddle support welding

3) Expansion should be done by M/s ASP Chem before
proceeding for hydro
