SUBJECT PROVISION OF TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE ON

MAINSTREAMING DRR-CCA TO THE COTTiPREHENSIVE
DEVELOPMENT PLAN (CDP)

Pursuant to DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2018-172 re: "Assessn ent of

Comprchensive Development Plans (CDPs) for Component Cities and
Nunicipalities", the nationwide assessment of CDPS of component LGUs by
the Province using the prescribed CDP Assessment Tool/ Checklist was
institutionalized. Moreover, the DILG MC No. 2O2L- 037 was issued to
enhance the said Assessment Tool integrating the DRR- CCA in the CDP
assessment process and parameters.

To better prepare our LGUs on the said CDP Assessment come November
2021, the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) XII will
conduct a 2- day activity entitled, "Provision of Technical Assistance on
l,lainstreaming DRR- CCA to the Comprehensive Development Plan
(CDP)" via blended methodologies (virtual and face-to-face) in General
Santos City (mtrartrhmm{). This undertaking is intended for all LGUs of
Province ofCotabato in two (2) batches and scheduled on the dates; to wit:

BATCH A- 9 LGUS
October Libungan, Makilala, Midsayap, Arakan,
l4-t5,2O2L Kidapawan, Banisilan, Carmen, Pigcawayan,
and Matalam
Batch B- 9 LGUS
October President Roxas, Kabacan, Magpet, Tulunan,
2t-22,2O2L M'lang, Alamada, Pikit, Aleosan, and Antipas
