Topic: The beginning Teacher

This type of work is very challenging even though I am not yet a teacher, but I
can see how those teachers improve their teaching to implement and align themselves
with their schools’ expectations of effective teaching practices. The first teaching
experience is not that easy. They embraced predominantly teacher-centered practices,
rather than a student-centered approach. Therefore, it is important for a beginning
teacher to know some relevant strategies on his/her teaching.
I know that, it’s impossible to teach students anything if strong classroom
management strategies aren't in place, especially if you're a new teacher because
students will try to push you as much as they can. Motivating students and dealing with
individual differences are mostly the focus in teaching because you will be able to
identify their strength and weaknesses. It is not about the length of the experience but it
is on how to be an effective teacher from the start.
