PRELIMS TOPIC

World is full of challenges, As an Industrial Engineering student I have learned

to appreciate my teachers and professors for always giving us the knowledge
that we should know for us to be ready in the future. As a college student, it is
not easy to manage time, but I have to find a way to handle everything well,
so that that to deal with it I have chosen to study more and listening well to my
professors to have a good grade and a better experience.

In a short period of time we had in Industrial Engineer as Discipline, almost

two months of the discussion gave me a wonderful experience to know more
about the Past, Present, and Future of Industrial Engineer as well as the
Productivity, Performance and Ethics of engineering. Although this subject is
new to me, I am very happy to know more about this course/subject, this gave
me a great time to discuss the different person behind the success of
Industrial Engineering and the evolving nature of Industrial Engineering in the
present time. As for the future of Industrial Engineer we are seeing different
challenges and the new and advance technologies waiting in their way in the
modern world. We studied the types, model, and factors of the productivity,
that knows the relationship between the output and the input of the process.
In performance we point out the Maynard’s Management model that provide
the condition for success and to take action to improve, more than that we find
out the formula of %Performance that indicates the actual time used to
perform a task.

As I move closer to my dreams, I will always remember the lesson and values
I have learned from my professors and from the people around me. I am
ready and prepared to face the world and studied for the better.
