APPLICATION FOR INCORPORATION OF GREEN AREAS

 
The purpose of this is to request from the Company that you lead located at Cra. 26 # 31A-17,
Floridablanca, Santander, the implementation and incorporation of green areas in the Ciudadela Valle de
Barro Blanco complex. As you are aware, our complex does not have green areas which are necessary in
a neighborhood for interaction between people and enjoying free moments in a place that generates
tranquility and relaxation. It should also be noted that the use of these areas is intended to improve the
quality of life of the people who live here, for this reason we have chosen to propose the incorporation
of green areas to the entire citadel in order to make it more attractive and that in general, enhance the
citadel. We know that this would bring a cost that your company did not have budgeted, but with this
sales will increase since people are not only looking for a house but also a home. Waiting for your
maximum collaboration, we appreciate your attention and we expect a prompt response to start the
project and solve one of the problems that most affects the community.
