It should be the same with the part number specified on the visual aid. Otherwise, inform immediately line leader or Supervisor of the discrepancy. 2.0 Insert 1/0 pins to the reflow jig pin holes. The pins should slide freely into the hole. 3.0 Place reflow jig on the slide conveyor. Figure 1. Input/output pins inserted on the reflow ji. CHECKPOINTS: 1.0 Pins should be inserted freely on the reflow jig. Otherwise, it is considered bent and must be replaced with a new one.
