Job Description - User Engagement Executive - Work From Home
Location: Work from a Remote location for now. Head office is based in Powai, Mumbai.
Working days: 5.5 working days with rotational 1.5 days off (not on Saturday and Sunday)
Shifts (subject to change): Operational hours will be from 11 AM to 9 PM, with 1-hour break
Job Summary –
• Calling potential customers
• Carrying out product demonstration
• Follow up on existing prospects and identify new potential prospects
• Extend support to potential customers
Required Qualification and Experience
• Education: A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Freshers can also apply.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a calling profile is preferred.
• Overall experience must not be more than 2 years.
• Should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Mandatory Requirements: Candidates should have own Laptop / PC & Android phone
