SKH is currently in a hybrid growth phase (Core businesses + Start-up businesses) and is
expecting tremendous growth in the coming years (Existing CAGR of SKH metals Division over
15 years of establishment stands at 24%+). As part of our growth strategy, we are looking to
build a highly capable team which will help drive business decisions in accordance with our
long-term, medium-term, and short-term plans. The incumbent’s role can be classified as
follows:
Key Responsibilities
Work Closely with the Corporate heads and BU heads to formulate and execute the strategic
roadmap to meet organizational goals
Support the vice chairman in setting targets for the annual operating plan for each financial
year
Monitor and Report key operational performance across BU’s and Corporate functions. This
will include (and not limited to) capex projects – costs and timelines, monitoring cost
reduction programs, new customer acquisition and product price performance – amongst
other things.
Monthly Update –
o Financial and Operational MIS Reports (including variance analysis)
o Highlight the key variances of Top line and bottom line, and tracking make-up plan
to achieve the budgeted profitability
Investment Analysis –
o Analyse Greenfield Business feasibilities/ Cap-ex proposals submitted for Vice
Chairman’s approval and provide actionable recommendation
Represent Vice Chairman’s Office in strategic initiatives being driven across the
Organization.
Documentation, Collation, and presentation of key data and critical parameters in compact
and coherent manner to Vice Chairman.
Weekly Updates
o Collate and analyse weekly update for each plant on customer quality issues, IR
related issue, major breakdowns
Coordinate and minute key internal meetings, follow-ups on actions and closure of action
plans while providing update to the VC’s Office.

The candidate will get an opportunity to work closely with the Vice Chairman and Leadership
Team and commensurate to performance in the EA role, will be offered a middle management
role in a profile suited as per Candidate preference and expertise (i.e Strategy, Marketing,
Purchase, HR, Operations etc.)
Education/Experience Profile:
1. Engineer with MBA – An MBA with at least 2-3 years – from a top tier Engg/MBA School
2. Preferably working in a Business Consulting Firm/ Automotive Sector/Manufacturing
business
