MY KIND OF DINING AREA

The reason why this catches my eye...
The ambiance in a restaurant plays an undeniably significant role in
shaping your customers' overall dining experience. Ambiance ties the cuisine,
service, and environment together to define your diners' perception of your
restaurant. The ambiance in this dining area is extraordinary that when you
come and eat here you can feel an extreme calm. And the fact that it has
many plants around and the ceiling is transparent that all you can see around
is green that is good for the eye is very likely to me. Restaurant ambiance
involves everything from lighting and sound to décor and color. But it also
involves the mood and, of course, cleanliness. A restaurant’s atmosphere sets
the stage. It’s about more than just a dining room away from home. Food
takes the spotlight as guests become its audience.
“Atmosphere – it’s of the utmost importance. It’s very key. The lighting
has to be right. And table settings have to as well. It’s about trying to space
tables out nicely so you have that atmosphere no matter how busy you are,”
says Scott Andrews, operations manager at hotel and restaurant Gidleigh
Park.
