FINAL TURN – OVER AND ACCEPTANCE

This has reference to the completed Construction / Rehabilitation of Multi-Purpose Building at

Barangay 209, Zone 19, Manila City which was Undertaken by the Department of Public Works and
Highways – North Manila District Engineering Office through ALE Builders Construction and
Development Corp.. The Project is 100% Completed and conforms to the approved plans and
specification.

In view hereof, we hereby accept the above completed project. We will assume full possession of the
same including the responsibilities for the utilities and maintenance of its facilities.
