The timely collection of the condominium dues, charges and other assessments is necessary to meet the
‘operating and maintenance expenses of the condominium, Therefore, we need the support and cooperation
of all unit owners and residents to kindly pay on time and promptly provide the PMO a copy of your
payment transaction slip so that this may be properly recorded. This will avoid issues of payments not being
recorded in your account end charges still being reflected in your billing statement even though these have
already been paid

«The Official Receipts are released every 15" and 30” day of the month, If you are not able to get
this from the PMO office on said dates, this will automatically be inserted in the designated
‘mailbox for your unit and you are automaticaly deemed to have received this. Please ensure your
mailbox is properly secured, check your mailbox regularly and file your receipts properly for
future reference.
+ As the PMO has already implemented e-biling system to provide added convenience to our
residents, if you have not already done so, please provide us your updated e-mail address. Kindly
