MODULE 12

ACTIVITY

A. Answer the following:

1. Why is Records management important in an organization?
- Records management in an organization is important because it ensures
all the information and data within the organization are safe and secured.
It also serves as a proper documentation of all the necessary information
an organization has, just like business activities, employee profile, and
other business transactions. Proper recording will help apply centralized
policy management thus reducing the risks and costs in managing record
assets.
2. Discuss the difference between questionnaire and survey?
- Questionnaire is described as any written set of questions. It aims to
collect necessary information for a certain purpose. Just like in research
papers, we are using questionnaire to gather data and information from
the respondents. While survey is defined as set of questions and involves
the process of collecting, aggregating and analyzing the responses from
those questions. Above all, we can conclude that questionnaire is a tool
used to gather information while survey includes both the questions and
process of collecting information.
3. Give the elements of metadata?
- The elements of metadata are:
1. Title/name
2. Description
3. Format
4. Metadata
5. Identifier
6. Rights holder
7. Rights
8. Contact information

MODULE 13

ACTIVITY

A. Describe the following levels of testing.

1. Project Test Plan
- Project test plan provides information such as the expected levels of
specification and code coverage. These values will be used to determine
how many test cases to construct. It also details the objectives, resources
and processes for a specific test for a software and hardware product.
2. System Requirements
- System requirement is a detailed and structured use case model which
can assist in determining the required behaviors for individual domain-
level classes sufficiently. The use case model is also used to create the
use profile to determine which parts of a component should be tested
more than other parts.
3. Component Specifications
- In component specification, there are three types of properties should be
included from which the functional test cases will be built.
A. Individual operations are specified in terms of limitations on
their inputs and outputs. These are indicated as pre and post-
conditions.
B. The state of the object is restricted by a consistency that
specifies limits on each of the attributes of the object.
C. The interactions among methods and attributes are specified by
a series of functional models usually recorded using object
interaction diagrams. This limits how the methods implement
the component’s attributes.
4. Component Implementations
- Needed information are provided to construct the structural and
interaction test case during the actual implementation of the design. The
language used is an important factor in the quality of the implementation
for some types of faults are made impossible by the language and new
sets of faults are presented.

ACTIVITY 15.2

A.
In my opinion, it is best to upgrade desktop computers with laptops or tablets. It
is because tablets and laptops are more convenient and easy to use. We can just use
this device anywhere as long it has battery while desktop computers are big and there
are many wires that needs to plugged-in before using. Take note that we cannot use
desktop computers without electricity. And I think, if we really want to upgrade our
students why not upgrading first the tools used in educating them.

ACTIVITY 15.3
Directions: Tell something about the picture by constructing a phrase. Write your
answer on the blank provided below the picture.

1. This is a laptop. It can be used almost everywhere whether in school, in office,

or as personal. It is very convenient because it is battery-powered device.
2. This is a wearable device. Most people used this device are in the middle ages,
maybe as part of their fashion or something.
3. This is a server and it looks like a building.
4. This is a personal computer. It is commonly used in computer shops, schools and
offices. I think it a hassle to use because you need to plug-in all the wires
correctly before using.
