THE PAST TO BE FORGOTTEN

She was young and clueless. She didn’t know if she was the typical teenager, but she’s not. April in her
sweet sixteenth and not knowing that something will happen in her teenage life.

Every teenager might have experienced it. Love is such a beautiful pain for her to carry and remember in
her whole life. She wasted an opportunity that can never be revive again.

April, the serious and silent girl fell in love with a boy. But to tell the truth the boy was the one who like
April first. Shin met April in a celebration in their school. The event was the reason that Shin saw April.

April doesn’t remember Shin nor Shin doesn’t remember that April and him, attended in the same
primary school and the two of them are were schoolmate. April saw some old classmates and that time
Shin was introduced to her. The event was held for three days. Making Shin to see April again and know
her a little.

April the naive type of person will not know anything about Shin liking him, if her old classmate will not
spoil the secret. The old classmate who told April was her classmate in her primary school too. They
attend the same secondary school. The boy who told her will become the reason April and Shin will
meet again. The boy became the link for both of them.

Because of what happened. April was shock and happy at the same time. She felt a feeling that can’t be
explained. Her face maybe poker, but her eyes were twinkling when she knew about Shin liking her.

Everything became smooth. Shin and April develop something little by little. The second time they met
April know that Shin will become a wonderful part of her life.

April felt that being with him made her nervous and glad. But she doesn’t know what Shin is feeling and
thinking. The two of them are just enjoying the time of their lives. Time was their enemy, because they
just have a little time to spend together.

They didn’t attend the same high school. They seldom met and they would only communicate with the
help of mobile phone.

Shin is a good guy and honest about his feelings for the girl. But then April began to doubt her feelings
toward Shin. She questioned herself if she is ready to be with someone, but biggest question stuck in her
mind. Does she really like him too? Or she only want Shin to be her friend?

April started to be confused.

She think for it for days and she doesn’t want to give hope for the boy. Then the biggest decision finally
came. April told Shin that she just wants to be friends with him. She thought that if she will say her true
feelings, Shin will stay as her friend.

But it turns out. The connection between the two vanished and Shin didn’t contact April anymore. She
began to miss him and started to regret and feel sorry for herself for saying those words to him. She
started to long for Shin’s presence beside her.

She fell in love with the person. And it was already too late for her. If only she had given Shin a chance
maybe it might have work out. But because of April’s decision, it made her questioned more if her
decision was right before.

April missed him, but April must move on, in order to be happy and let go of the past that made her
regret.
