Instructions
• You are required to develop a consulting report on the case titled
“Sandhu Uniforms Pvt. Ltd..”
• Please follow the SPACE RACE framework in developing your
report.
• Your report should have the following-- Executive Summary,
Situation Analysis, Problem Statement, Alternatives, Criteria,
Evaluation, and close it with a Recommendation and an Action
plan.
• The size of the report should be of 1000 words (+/- 100 words)
• The following criteria will be used to evaluate your report: Quality
of analysis, logical rigor, coherence and cohesion, reader orientation, and
language usage.
• The exam will be open book; you are allowed to use the internet.

Consulting Question: As you are a student of management, assume that

you have been consulted by Mr. Aditya Sandhu of Sandhu Uniforms Pvt.
Ltd. for deciding on the future course of action. Write a brief report
