evaluate the information for its relevance to your needs.

information you gathered from the previous reading:

Drafting an essay or report

Helps you write faster, with or without mistakes what you intend to write.

Reason 1.- students tend to confuse reports for essays. while both papers share
some similarities, they have certain differences:

The purpose of an essay: to answer a question or discuss a theory.

The purpose of a report: to investigate a problem and come up with recommendations.

Reason 2.- An outline guides you in writing. the things you need, when writing
your report or essay at each stage.

Essentially a list of topics and concepts you should cover when writing.

Reason 3.- Doing a thorough search. your essay or report should have content
that is not only relevant but also comprehensive and accurate.

The goal is to assess your level of knowledge in the given subject.

before starting writing, read the prompt and understanding what is required from you.

The best way to learn a new language is to read as many materials as possible. (in that
language) To improve your essay and report writing skills should read well-written essays,
or reports and take notes of the structures.
