How can we make teamwork happen?

Good evening people, my name is Roberto, I'm an IT support analyst

and Telecom. I studied at the Paulista University, I graduated in
Computer Science. I take courses at Tecnoponta related to computer
science. Currently, working for Yara Fertilizer Company.

I was born in the city of Santos, but I always lived in Cubatão. In my

childhood I played on the street where I lived, all the neighbors gathered
to play football, taco, burned. In my teens I fell in love with computers, I
really liked computer games.
In my work, group work is essential. When a problem occurs, all sectors
involved are triggered and work together on a solution.
In my opinion, group problem solving is more accurate and effective,
minimizing impacts on the company.

The last project I worked on was at Petrobras. I was a support analyst

for Stefanini. The team had 5 analysts to serve 850 Petrobras
employees and contractors.
I worked for 1 year on the project. I think I've gained a lot of knowledge
in industrial systems, teamwork and time management.
I think the result was very rewarding as I received many letters of
recommendation from the managers.
I think the main characteristics of a team are unity, pleasant
organizational climate, alignment of goals and employee autonomy.
I think that through good leadership, team involvement and a transparent
relationship, you can create an engaged team.
To make teamwork happen, have a clear goal, proactivity, trust and
respect, good communication and creative solutions.
