COURSEWORK STRUCTURE
Proposed title: Abandoned Housing Project In Malaysia.
Problem Nowadays, Malaysia face many of problem from several industry
statement
during economic downturn.it make the big impact to all people in our
country. Since the number of population keep increase it is really
effect the housing industry. Among of the problem is an abandoned
housing project is one of the spillover problems of the housing
industry. It forces the government to step in and to set some planning
to rehabilitation the abandoned project for the sake of the purchasers.
Several previous study had been done regarding the factor of
abandoned housing project. Among factor studied by Khalid (2010)
all the problem within the developer themselves. In addition there had
poor management, inadequate fund and profit maximization. Other
than that, unfavorable government policies one of the factor project
being abandoned by developers. Many purchasers being the victim
and loss their money due to irresponsible developers in completing
the project. However, abandoned housing projects never been settled
since a long time ago. So, it is worthy to study what the factors that
contributed towards abandoned housing projects in Malaysia and the
effect from the socio-economy perspective in avoiding this issue
happen continuously.
