The Name
The Surname
The original name (Christian name) is the first conception, the conception in relation to
God . The second conception (surname) is not related to God.

Johnson's Dictionary 1755).

jurisdiction. Snider v. Newell 44 SE 354.
Oxford Dictionary:
"nom": Used
in expressions denoting a pseudonym, a false or
assumed name.
"Guerre": War, and as a verb, to wage war.
"Nom de guerre": War name. A name assumed by or assigned to a person
engaged in some action or enterprise.
Job 32:21 Let me not, I pray you, accept any man’s person, neither let me
give flattering titles unto man.
Job 32:2 For I know not to give flattering titles; in so doing my maker would
soon take me away.
Flattering title was translated form the original hebrew word "Kanah" (see
Strong's Concordance H3655)
Kanah. To title, surname, be surnamed, give an epithet or cognomen, give a
flattering title . (Piel) to call by name, give a title,
betitle. (http://www.biblestudytools.com/lexicons/hebrew/kjv/kanah.h
tml).
Kanah. To call some person or thing by a figurative name or cognomen,
especially by an honourable appellation, to adorn with a title. (Gesenius'
Hebrew-Chaldee Lexicon).
Figurative. 1. Representing something else; typical; representative. (Samuel
Johnson's Dictionary 1755).
Accepting a title such as a surname, epithet or cognomen is to represent
"something else". This "something else" was not created by God. This
"something else" is a persona.
God commanded man what was good ; but the devil surnamed it evil, and
thereby baffled the command. ( The London encyclopaedia: Universal
dictionary of science, ... - Volume 21, Pg 511)
1787 Pope. When a man is made a spiritual peer he loses his sir-name; when
a temporal, his christian-name. The surname robs one of their original
Christian name.
Temper. To Temper means to mix, mingle, modify (Samuel Johnson's
Dictionary 1755).
James 2:7 Do not they blaspheme that worthy name by the which ye are
called?
The surname blasphemes the Christian name. The Christian name which
belongs to Christ is in contradistinction to the surname which belongs to a
Nation (a false authority - a false God). To carry the Christian name (only) is
to carry a name belonging to the Lord and Savior (hence Christian Name).
Should we not be named/entitled in truth by Christ rather than by a nation
who offers assumed names?
4. To entitle.
To the name of Christ, to make profession of faith in him. 2 Timothy 4:1.
I charge thee therefore before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, who shall judge the quick and the dead at
his appearing and his kingdom;
The way by which good and evil commonly operate upon the mind of man, is
by those respective names and appellations, by which they are notified and
conveyed to the mind. (Sermons Several Occasions By Robert South).
Surnames are not common in scripture, but there are some. Judas "Iscariot"
betrayed Jesus. Search "Iscariot" in the bible, most verses also include the
word betrayal.

The legal system deals with humans, natural persons and artificial persons
(all represented by you and by your consent). There are two distinct venues
here, the legal system rules over a child of the province but the Supreme
Creator rules over a child of God. The phrase “child of the Province” is
indicative of an entity of the Province and therefore under its control. Would
a legal system judge challenge the Creator over control of a true man with
spiritual essence, one of God and one who claims the testament as his law?
One without a claim upon a surname (flattering title)? The Christian name
is carried by man but belongs to the Christ. A man must offer up his
Christian name “by consent” and attach it to a Surname and thereby fall
under a legal jurisdiction.
Fictitious names exist for a purpose. Fictions are invented to give courts
jurisdiction. Snider v. Newell 44 SE 354.
Entrapment is by Consent
The legal surname is an essential aspect by which man has been drawn into
the legal fiction and thereby into legal land. Once in the legal realm, with a
legal surname and a legal entity, one is part and parcel to a secular
collective, a public body (body politic), a commonwealth. That commonwealth
is not of God, it is secular.
Jeremiah 5: 26-27 For among my people are found wicked men: they lay
wait, as he that setteth snares; they set a trap, they catch men. As a cage is
full of birds, so are their houses full of deceit: therefore they are become great,
and waxen rich.
2 Corinthians 6: 14-18
1 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship
hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light
with darkness? And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath
he that believeth with an infidel? And what agreement hath the temple of God
with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will
dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be
my people. Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith
the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, And will be
a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord
Almighty.
Revelation 18:4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of
her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of
her plagues.
1 Cor. 3: 16 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of
God dwelleth in you?
1 Cor. 3:17 If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for
the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are.
1 Corinthians 7:23 Ye are bought with a price; be not ye the servants of men.
2 Corinthians 3:17 Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the
Lord is, there is liberty.
Isaiah 52:3 For thus saith the Lord, Ye have sold yourselves for nothing, and
ye shall be redeemed without money.
Matthew 7:14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which
leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
