Nguyễn Diệp Anh (HS160211): Have you ever experienced a stressful situation before? How did
you deal with it? Do you know how to manage it? Scientist Hans Seiye once said: "It's not stress that
kills us. It is our reaction to it." So, can stress management be taught at schools? I'm Diệp Anh and

Nguyễn Diệp Anh (HS160211): To start our talk show today, Quang Anh, can you share with us the
reason why you become a single dad?
Đỗ Quang Anh (HS163161):
Nguyễn Diệp Anh (HS160211): Oh, what are your struggles of becoming a single dad?
Đỗ Quang Anh (HS163161):
Nguyễn Diệp Anh (HS160211): Thank you for your sharings. And Thảo, as I know, you are a
college student now, and this is the first time you live independently. Do you have any struggles?
Kiều Thị Phương Thảo (HE163188):
Nguyễn Diệp Anh (HS160211): Oh, what about the new environment, are there any life changes?
Kiều Thị Phương Thảo (HE163188):
Nguyễn Diệp Anh (HS160211): As we know, the COVID-19 pandemic has changed our lives, gave
us many challenges. Many workers lost their jobs, many students who learn abroad had to go back to
their home countries and can't continue their study abroad. Quang and Đức, can you share with us
how you deal with this situation?
Nguyễn Minh Quang (HE160393):
Nguyễn Diệp Anh (HS160211): Oh, what about you, Đức?
Nguyễn Văn Đức (HE160307):
Nguyễn Diệp Anh (HS160211): Thank you for your sharings. Dr. Minh Anh, I know that you
studied about stress. We have listened to their stories. Everyone has their own stress. Can you tell us
when it's good stress or bad stress?
Đặng Minh Anh (HS160063):
Nguyễn Diệp Anh (HS160211): Thank you for your sharings. And now, let's end our talkshow
today with the famous Dutch painter Vincent van Gogh. We all know that you had many ups and
downs in life, and the recognitions just came after your deaths. But can you share with us about your
life and work inspirations?
Vũ Đức Huy (HE160866):
Nguyễn Diệp Anh (HS160211): So, is there anything you would wish you know when you were
alive?
Vũ Đức Huy (HE160866):
Nguyễn Diệp Anh (HS160211): Thank you for your sharings. And thank everyone for being here
today. Stress is an inevitable part of life, but you can improve the way you respond to stress. If you
can manage it, stress can help you meet daily challenges and motivates you to reach your goals. In
my opinion, stress management should be taught at school. It is a very necessary skill we need to
have in the 21st century. What about you? What do you think? Hope we can listen to your answers
next time.
