Stress is presented in students' lives more often than before, and that’s why there must be ways to
manage it. For instance, if we organize ourselves and anticipate certain stress’ triggers, we would be able
to have a healthy life.

Firstly, it’s usual that most students present some negative emotions towards speaking in public, so
to manage this, you can organize your thoughts before do it. For example, you can practice breathing
exercises, or speaking in front of a mirror or a friend. Secondly, time management helps to organize your
activities and how much time you spend on them. One example of this is to get rid of activities that
aren’t that important. Better management of time leads us to have some free time to relax. Finally,
having a healthy lifestyle reduces stress. So we can do things like exercising, eating good food and
getting enough sleep.

To sum up, a few easy stress management techniques help lower stress, have better and healthy
lives and become better students.
