1.) In your own understanding, define rhythm and rhythmic activities by giving
examples.

Answer:
In my own understanding rhythm is a repeated pattern of a sound or beat
that can be used in music or dancing while the rhythmic activities refers to a
person who respond physically, mentally, and emotionally to music and rhythm.
The examples of the rhythmic activities are a combination of both locomotors
and non-locomotors movement set to music and other partners or group dances.

2.) What health benefits and values can you get from dancing? Give 3 in
every aspect of health and discuss your answer.

Answer:
Dancing can help us strengthen our bones and muscles, it help us improve our
stamina, endurance, strength and general form, and lastly it can help us reduces
our stress and frustrations. It can be a great help to our health by dancing and
it can be a way to stay fit for people of ages, shapes, and sizes. Dancing is an
enjoyable way to be more physically active and stay fit.
