Abstract: -

Law enforcement was inspired by Roman law. Roman law commentators have tried to link
Roman law with the problems of the day. This accelerated the growth of various other
branches of law. A study of Roman law was discovered in Germany in the fifteenth and
sixteenth centuries. This contained a historical approach to its embryonic. The history school
has advocated that the law be based on social norms, economic needs, religious law, and the
relationships of the people living in the province. Proponents of her case have been working
to make the actual transcript of this statement available online. All these things have made
philosophers think a new way about solutions to the problems that arose. They turned to
history and the historical concept for guidance and enlightenment and this led to the birth of a
school of thought known as the law school of history.

Introduction: -

Jurisprudence is a belief and the study of the law. It learns the origin and meaning of the law.
The law has a very complex concept. Its understanding varies from person to person.
Everyone has a different understanding of the law. "Law was established and not made", a
popular quote is the foundation of a law school of history. The law school was founded by
Friedrich Karl and Von Savigny. According to the school, the law is the creation of a
partnership between the conditions and circumstances of the local people, the law was not
developed by anyone in charge of politics but was acquired and passed on by the people.
Proponents of history schools point to human culture as a major source of law that should not
be ignored. For example, a law student and lawyer understand the law as the solution to all
disputes. The average citizen understands that the purpose of the law is to punish. The law
school should be developed by a law school that believes that as people's customs and
traditions change, the law should also improve accordingly. The law school of law destroys
the natural law school and the law school of truth which emphasizes God and the judges as
the great source of law. The Jurisprudence Historical School said that the law is an extreme
form of social norms, economic necessities, religious values, and social relations. Proponents
of her case have been working to make the actual transcript of this statement available online.
The history school does not believe in and support the idea of a natural law school that
believes that the origin of the law comes from higher authorities and has some coherence
with God.
