Confidentiality Agreement:
Copywriting and Consulting Services

I am writing to record our agreement relating to the Copywriting and

Consulting Services work for 6S.media.

In consideration of our agreeing to give you further information relating

to our projects and future plans you agree to abide by the terms of this
letter as set out below:

(1) You acknowledge that all information which we (John Socratous,

6S MEDIA LTD and 6S MEDIA GROUP LTD) give you or which you
obtain relating to the work is confidential and shall not be
disclosed to any person or portfolio except to those specifically
authorised by us or as is required by law.

(2) You also agree that I may make available to you certain internal
trade secrets and information such as financial and pricing data,
customers lists, contacts, supply sources, techniques,
computerized data, maps, methods, product design information,
market information, technical information, benchmarks,
performance standards and other confidential information and will
be treated by you in full confidence and will not be revealed to any
other persons, firms or organizations without my written
permission.

(3) This agreement shall subsist for a period of 3 years from the date
of this letter.

I look forward to working with you long-term.

Kindly sign and return a copy of this letter to indicate your acceptance to
its terms.
