MAKE
“SINUDLAN
”
Hello! Today, we will be cooking a dish that I inherited from my grandmother and
passed on to my dad and even to me. The dish that we will be cooking today is
called "Sinudlan." This dish is peculiar because we will be using a pig intestine ( or
"lobot sa baboy" in Cebuano) as the main ingredient. We only cook this dish once
a year and it is on holiday.
"Sinudlan" is a Cebuano word that means you insert something. It's the same
process with "embutido" but it differs in the way on how you put your meat.
My version (or I should say Grandma's)focuses more on giving this dish the
bizarre and aroma that you can't be found in another recipe. I am sure that you
can successfully prepare this delicious "Sinudlan" on your first attempt.
Try this delicious "Sinudlan" recipe and let me know what you think.
