Detailed Instructions
Online Application (1st stage)

• Interested candidates to apply directly on our career site via the job link shared with the placement cell.
• Submitting the application should not take more than 3-4 minutes including uploading the Resume/CV and Cover Letter.
• Resume/CV should be vetted by the placement cell (if possible) before they have been submitted.
• Cover Letter should be addressed to “Willis Towers Watson Early Careers Recruitment Team, India”

Saville Assessment (2nd stage)

• All the candidates who clear the online application stage will receive an aptitude test assessment link from Saville.
• This test will focus on verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning and abstract reasoning.
• Total time required to complete the test is 18 minutes – 6 minutes for each of the sections.
• Candidates will also have an opportunity to practice the test before attempting the actual test.
• All the instructions will be shared via email for this round and candidates should read them thoroughly.
• There is no negative marking.

HireVue On-Demand Video Interview (3rd stage)

• All the candidates who clear the Saville Assessment test will receive the link to complete the On-Demand video interview from HireVue.
• This round will be a recorded video interview round wherein candidates will have to record their answers to the questions which they would
receive while accessing the interview invite.
• Approximate time required to complete the video interview will be 10-12 minutes.
• The questions will be general, and candidates will have an opportunity to practice the video interview before attempting the actual interview.
• All the instructions will be shared via email for this round and candidates should read them thoroughly.

HireVue Live Video Interview – Technical and HR Interviews (4th stage)

• All the candidates who clear the HireVue on-demand video interview will be scheduled for Technical and HR interviews.
• For this round, shortlisted candidates will receive a Live Video Interview link wherein they would be meeting with the interviewers from Willis
Towers Watson.
• A Willis Towers Watson representative will be connecting with the candidates to schedule this interview round, and all the details will be
shared with the candidates in advance.
• An email confirmation along with an interview invite will be sent so that the candidates have required details in-hand and can prepare for the
interviews accordingly.
• Any change in the interview schedule from Willis Towers Watson’s side will be notified to the candidates.
• If any candidate drops out from the process, it is the responsibility of the placement cell to inform the Willis Towers Watson HR team in
advance so that they can manage the process accordingly.

HireVue Live Video Interview – Final Interview (5th stage)

• All the candidates who clear the Technical and HR interviews will be shortlisted for the final round of interview. This round is also known as
“Director’s interview” round.
• A Willis Towers Watson representative will be connecting with the candidates to schedule this interview round, and all the details will be
shared with the candidates in advance.
• An email confirmation along with an interview invite will be sent so that the candidates have required details in-hand and can prepare for the
interview accordingly.
• Any change in the interview schedule from Willis Towers Watson’s side will be notified to the candidates.
• If any candidate drops out from the process, it is the responsibility of the placement cell to inform the Willis Towers Watson HR team in
advance so that they can manage the process accordingly.

Details Instructions - Continued
Offer Extension, Background Verification Check and On-boarding

• Candidates clearing the final interview round will be offered as per the salary communicated to the placement cell.
• Candidates will be receiving a call from Willis Towers Watson representative informing them about their selection and offer details (verbal
offer) will be shared with them accordingly.
• Upon acceptance of the verbal offer, the candidates will be receiving an offer letter along with a list of documents which they will have to
submit via email.
• Once the candidate signs the offer letter, their background verification check and on-boarding process will be initiated.
• A Willis Towers Watson representative will be connecting with the candidates to explain them about background verification check process
and on-boarding process.
• It is mandatory for the offered candidates to complete their background checks and on-boarding process in order to join Willis Towers
Watson.
• The tentative date of joining will be June 1st, 2022, and this will be confirmed to all the candidates in advance.
• Closer to the joining date, all the candidates will be receiving the details about their joining from Willis Towers Watson team.

Other important points

• During the entire selection process, candidates should contact their respective placement cells for any queries and concerns which then will
be communicated to Willis Towers Watson Early Careers Recruitment Team.
• Majority of the communication between Willis Towers Watson team, placement cell and the candidates will take place through emails.
• This hiring process will be run on a pan India level, hence, there is no fixed timeline to complete the process.
• While organizing the interviews, factors like festivals, college / university examination etc. will be considered in order to ensure that
candidates do not face any challenge.
